I couldn't find a SSDI or CDI listing for Mr. Pattee.
His file number indicates he passed away in 1998 at the age of 62 which makes his birth year roughly around 1936. His name seems pretty unique - especially the middle and last name combination. However, the only person I could find with his full name of any birth year is a toddler who died in a Christmas Day car accident with his mother in 1936 in Mesa, AZ. He was born in September 1935 and is fairly well documented on FindAGrave and family trees. It seems like an unusual coincidence.
