Bianca Esquivel was riding in the passenger seat of her boyfriend’s white Toyota Camry traveling south on North Anaheim Boulevard just after midnight Sunday when the driver of a gray Lexus barreled into their car at the intersection with the eastbound 91 Freeway Frontage Road, CBS News reported.

The man driving the Lexus, 24-year-old Daniel Ramos, was arrested on suspicion of DUI and later booked on an additional vehicular homicide charge.
