Not sure if there was already a thread on this man or his identification (please merge if there is), but I've been following his case and was happy to see he's been identified, his name was Felix Serrano. I haven't seen any articles yet on his identification. You can find him on San Bernardino county's death registry online. My condolences to him and his loved ones
