Circumstances:
Partial skeletal remains located on small island in middle of Sacramento River. Across from island on the bank of the same river, were additional remains and a duffel bag. Remains found by crew picking up garbage and debris along river.

Oh wow, didn't know they originally thought this UID was a woman at first. Hopefully they did testing to confirm it was a man?

Old injury to right shoulder blade - hadn't seen this bit before, could help out.
