The Oakland Police Department is continuing to search for a woman who was last seen back in May 2021 at Lake Merritt.

Rehema Mukungu is described as a Black female around 60 years old with black hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet 6 inches tall and at the time of her disappearance, she weighed 130 pounds, police said.

Mukungu’s last clothing description is unknown.
Anyone with information is asked to contact OPD’s Missing Persons Unit at 510-238-3641.

I think this missing info from NC (Orange County SO) in 2015 is the same person (same name, age shown as 52 then, which would make her "around 60" now, both have November birthdate):

From May 9, 2015:

The Orange County Sheriff’s Department is looking for Rehema Mukungu, who went missing near I-40 exit 261. Black female with brown hair. Date of birth: November 27, 1962. She was last seen wearing a purple dress and a multi colored coat. She may seem confused. If located call 911.
