Ricardo Matuguina Antonio was reportedly fishing at Bodega Bay in early January 1991.

January 12, 1991 Officially declared missing. Boat found with no signs of foul play or accident.

Disappeared 3 days before Desert Storm.

Residency was in Fairfield, CA. Was a dedicated military official who was in the Army from July 1962 - July 1985 and at one point was a drill sergeant at the military base in Monterey, CA which had a statue he posed for but ended up melting due to the large fire on base.
