Cathedral City police issued a missing juvenile alert Friday afternoon for Rigoberto Santos. The 15-year-old boy was last seen on Tuesday, Jan. 16, at 7:40 p.m. in the area of 33rd Avenue and Wishing Well Trail in Cathedral City.

Rigoberto Santos was reported missing at about 4:30 p.m. Jan. 22 by his mother and police have since entered him into the National Missing Persons Database, according to Cathedral City Police Department Sgt. Brian Barkley.

“The CCPD Detective Bureau has been working diligently to locate Rigoberto without success,” Barkley (Cathedral City police sgt.) wrote in a statement.
