Hair Color Gray or Partially Gray​

Eye Color Brown​

The nursing facility couldn't or wouldn't Id? Or he arrived alive, no ID and later died?

Was the state paying for his care at the nursing facility? How did he end up at the SNF without ID if that's what happened?

We need more info about this man's mental & physical state. The SNF could provide it. Have they?

How do records like this so bare end up in NAMUS as if no one ever asked any obvious questions? Could I see more details with a NAMUS account?
