He is the 2nd person shown on this page, and it states he is 6'3", 150 lbs, with dark blonde hair and blue eyes (note the difference in eye color).

Additionally I found a news article about the 6th anniversary of his disappearance that I couldn't open (due to my location outside of the U.S.), if someone could link/quote it.

It looks like he was on the Charley Project until recently but his profile there was taken down.

Police say they know that Tharp was in a vehicle in California City with other people but don’t know where he went from there.

Robert Austin Tharp – The Charley Project

He has tattoos on his hands and arms, including the word "California" in black script on his forearm, words on his right middle finger, the number 8 on his right ringer finger, a symbol on his right pinky finger, and a dollar sign on his right hand. Details of Disappearance​

Tharp was last seen in California City, California on July 4, 2014. His mother was away visiting relatives across the country at the time. She was taking care of an elderly man at her home, and this man saw Tharp come to the house, then leave in a car with three other people. He has never been heard from again.

Tharp left behind two young sons. Few details are available in his case.
