Could Robert have been a victim of Randy Kraft?

According to Wikipedia, Randy Kraft disposed of the body of 19-year-old Robert Loggins near El Toro Marine base on September 3, 1980. This is less than a 45-minute drive from Los Angeles and just three months before Robert Clements disappeared from LA.

Clements was just two years older than Loggins and fits the general type of guy that Kraft was looking for.

If so, I have no idea who Clements could be on Kraft's scorecard. At first I thought maybe "Carpenter" because Clements' missing toe and scar on his upper right arm could be due to an unknown carpentry accident? But "Carpenter" better fits another victim known as Anthony Jose Silveira, who actually was a 29-year-old carpenter.

But what about "Diabetic"? Complications with diabetes can cause discoloration on the back, known as scleredema diabeticorum, and result in amputation of one's toes. And up to this point, I haven't been able to find any explanation for Clements' amputated toe and discolored back.

Randy Kraft and his unidentified victims have been mentioned in some threads of this forum. I have been reading and searching information about him for a while, and thought it would be useful to get it all under one thread title. I have only speculated on bits and pieces so far, and would be happy to have other opinions and get the discussion going.
