Missing Person Robert Hard: At Risk Due to Medical Challenges
The Oakland Police Department requests assistance from our community and media partners in locating Missing Person Robert Hard, who is at risk due to Medical Challenges.
He was last seen on September 22, 2025, in the 300 block of Hanover Avenue.
He is described as a 78-year-old White male who is 6'0” tall and weighs 195 pounds. Hard has brown hair and brown eyes.
The family reports Hard is in good mental condition but may be suffering from medical challenges.

Police in Oakland are hoping the public can help them locate a missing at-risk man who hasn't been seen since September.
Still missing as of October 27.
