Police: At-risk 14-year-old boy missing out of NE Bakersfield

The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s help finding a missing at-risk 14-year-old boy, last seen in northeast Bakersfield.

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/FOX58) — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s help finding a missing at-risk 14-year-old boy, last seen in northeast Bakersfield.

Ruben Henry Behill, 14, was last seen on Tuesday, July 18, in the 6000 block of Hill Dale Plaza, near Fairfax Road. He is considered at risk due to having no prior history of running away.

Behill is described as Hispanic, 5’5, 140 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He wears prescription glasses. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black shorts, and blue, orange and white sandals. He was carrying a black and white Vans backpack.
