Circumstances of Disappearance: Family received a postcard from Russell postmarked 2/6/95 from Spokane WA saying he was on his way back to San Diego. He has not been heard from since.

Russell appears to be originally from New Jersey (Franklinville, NJ) and went to Delsea Regional High School. He was profiled in his local newspaper for being a National Merit Scholarship Competition finalist.
