Circumstances of Recovery - On Saturday, November 5, 2022, a transient walked through an apartment complex in San Bernardino and saw Jane Doe lying on the sidewalk, not moving, and told a resident. The resident called 911. Paramedics responded and confirmed Jane Doe was deceased.

Tattoo - "SS David" or "$$ David" on right forearm
Tattoo - "WSV" and a heart on the left forearm

On November 5, 2022, an unidentified female was recovered deceased on the sidewalk of a nameless apartment complex on West 9th Street in San Bernardino, California. The victim had black hair that was dyed a reddish tint, and brown eyes. She stood approximately 5'3" tall and weighed around 98 pounds. She was found wearing a mustard yellow bodysuit, blue jeans, a black bra, and a yellow-metal chain bracelet. She had a silver-hoop nose ring in her left nostril. Additionally, the victim had four amateur tattoos in black ink. Three tattoos on her right arm were of the initials "WSV", a heart and three small dots arranged in a triangular shape. The fourth tattoo on her left inner forearm was of the words "$$ David". Displayed is a facial reconstruction created by a NCMEC Forensic Artist that depicts what the victim may have looked like. Anyone who may have information about this young woman should call the San Bernardino Coroner's Office (909-387-2978).

Guessing the WSV tattoo stands for Westside Verdugo, which is a gang operating in the San Bernardino area. The tattoos look stick-and-poke to me, which makes me think she's probably on the younger side of the age range. JMO
