Although, I highly suspect these two cases have already been submitted, and that a comparison probably could not be made given that the missing has no DNA, dental, or fingerprints (according to The Doe Network), Nam Sarg Hy (Los Angeles, CA) is the ONLY person that can possibly be the San Diego, CA Unidentified in the NamUs database, and he looks like him IMO. Nam Sarg Hy did have a scar on his head but maybe it was concealed by hair from the medical examiner.
