Circumstances of Recovery The decedent is currently an unidentified Hispanic male estimated to be 25-35 years of age. During the early hours of 07/31/89 the decedent was a pedestrian running from west to east across northbound Interstate 5, near Dairy Mart Road when he was struck by multiple vehicles. Paramedics responded and upon arrival confirmed death without intervention.
