Circumstances of Recovery: During the afternoon hours of 06/04/2013, CalFire was working with California Department of Corrections inmates in the Cleveland National Forest clearing the area. Inmate workers discovered the decedent's skeletal remains and San Diego County Medical Examiner's staff and Forensic Anthropologist consultant responded to the scene and confirmation of human skeletal remains was made.
