Circumstances of Recovery The decedent was a White male who appeared to be between 50 and 60 years old and is believed to have been experiencing homelessness at the time of his death. On 11/03/2024, bystanders found the decedent lying unresponsive outside of a homeless shelter and called 911 for assistance. Paramedics responded and initiated lifesaving measures and transported the decedent to a local hospital; however, despite all efforts, the decedent could not be revived and his death was pronounced shortly after arrival.
