Weird place to dump someone, I can't imagine her walking there. I assume she was left there at night and was found in the morning when people got to work. Seems there would be some security cameras around.

Fire station would be a good choice for leaving a very ill person.

5'10", 240 pounds is a large person -- Body Mass Index of 34, obese.

Now 5'10", 140, would be dangerously thin.

I wonder if that weight is a typo? Granted that's not a great picture, but....

Hope her family & friends recognize her quickly & her health issues respond to care!

Her eyebrows look like they have been groomed, they definitely were recently plucked/waxed and shaped. That is something that I know from experience requires a lot of maintenance. Also, her face is pretty smooth and not a lot of wrinkles. Though the hospital picture isn’t great, she doesn’t look like someone who is “living rough”. There are some rough looking 30 year olds due to alcohol/drug use, stress, bad diet. I’ve noticed that mid 30’s is when that type of lifestyle really starts to show up in your appearance.

i myself am 5"8 and 225, while per the BMI i am "obese" i am not noticably large or known as "that fat girl". i am just tall and bigger built. so i dont put much stock in BMI when i hear about it. she was probably observed as tall and thats all.

Agreed, at 5'8" and about 180. Her weight does look appropriate for her height. So often we see typos in height & weight.

No news today?

There were a few comments on Facebook posts saying that this lady has been identified. Hopefully that’s true .
