From the article on NamUs:

-- she had long, straight, black hair
-- the reconstruction artist believed (from studying the skull) she was either Hispanic, Asian, or South American Indian
-- detectives said she'd never been to a dentist
-- she had been strangled

jmo: Not sure why she's listed as white/ caucasian when she had black hair and the artist thought the profile of the skull looked "Hispanic, Asian, or South American Indian". Could be caucasian but imo more likely one of those.

I've submitted missing person Kimberly Marie Blackburn, and San Jose, CA Unidentified.

Kimberly Marie Blackburn lived a difficult and dangerous life, and hasn't been seen or heard from since May/June 1983. On October 27, 1985 a decomposing body of a woman was found in San Jose, CA resembling Kimberly Blackburn.

They share similar eyes, eyebrows, noses, facial structure, and most of all they share the same mouth and hairstyle. If it turns out to be her, much credit to the reconstruction artist.
