At around noon, the victim's body was discovered in a duffel bag near the 2400 block of Old Highway 101, south of the entrance to the San Onofre power plant and along the roadway to San Onofre State Beach Park.

this area is close to camp pendleton and the proximity to the international border with MX is not far.

That's something I always worry about with cases right near the border. I fear they might not be able to be identified and laid to rest properly. Everyone deserves a proper burial.
