Not much to go off here, but hopefully we can find out more!
He was found in the San Fran Bay close to Sausalito. He had been in the water around for 2 months, he was approximately 5'10 and 175 pounds. His Hair/Eye colour was unknown.
He wore a pair of brown pants, and a pair of brown size 10 lace up boots, 'Wolverine' brand.

I think it is the same JD. I think it's just some miscommunications, the description in the articles isn't too drastically different to the NamUs page. Fort Baker is close enough to Sausalito that I think they just put that down as the city.
