Sean was last seen visiting a former teacher in San Francisco, California on May 21, 2013. He told his father he was then going to catch the bus to go to the park. About 30 minutes later, Sean's phone went dead and he hasn't been seen or heard from since.
A few months prior to his disappearance, Sean suffered a traumatic brain injury and is considered medically fragile.
