The California Highway Patrol issued an endangered missing advisory for a 16-year-old boy last seen Thursday evening in Benicia, according to authorities.

Anyone who sees Reed or has information about his whereabouts is urged to call 911 immediately.

Full name Sir Frederick Reed. Sir Fredrick Reed (info from Dept of Justice missing persons records)

I couldn't find out why he is considered "endangered" unless it's just due to his age.
