It's just like any other city where you have the good and the bad parts. I haven't been back to Bakersfield in many years, but from family I still have there, it had gotten better.

Is it just me or does it say Elesio Garcia Casarez? So they’re related???

Yes it does. Another article lists his name as Elesio Casarez, so they were probably related. I really doubt Javier's wife was cheating on him. He seemed very paranoid as well as controlling. Her coworkers and other family members were being protective and perhaps supportive of the wife, which angered JC. MOO

Is it really? Then again that makes sense.. it's been a bit since they've given me an update. Too many new things there. LOL. It was quiet in my little neck of the woods by BHS. But the city has grown so much from what I can tell.
