Missing man Kensington: Steven Hilles walked away from San Diego home

Steven Hilles was reported missing by his wife Oct. 8 after being seen near his home in the 5100 block of Marlborough Avenue, San Diego.

Hilles is white, 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds, police said. He was reported as last wearing a black hoodie, black jeans and black shoes.

My home town. I believe that location is a mental health clinic. Lots of canyons over their around Kensington. My thoughts are if he does not end up heading to the canyon that he will eventually get picked up and taken to the hospital in Hillcrest. I hope he is found soon. Their is also a foot trail that parallels the 15 freeway.

I was in San Diego for ten days last month. His family and friends have plastered his missing posters all over town. I saw them everywhere I went from downtown to Pacific Beach and La Jolla. I hope he is found soon.
