I agree but I am thinking the DNA was found of the person they have a match for might be on something that a "friend" could explain away.

I don't know if we can mention names, but the DNA could be from someone who was staying over that night. Someone who gave a muddled account of what happened. It could explain why this someone hasn't been arrested yet, as they were too young to have been directly involved, but may have come into contact with the medical tape.
