Wow. It looks like TR was arrested during a sting operation by the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department. TR allegedly brought three firearms and a downpayment to the meeting with undercover agents and detailed how she wanted to have her husband killed and his body disposed.

Also, I’d like to learn more about this.

The sheriff’s department investigation into Remley began one day after deputies responded to a house fire at her home[.]

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 16 in North County Superior Court.

However, Mark Remley told The Coast News that his wife approached their mutual friend about the murder for hire in early July, and that police were informed shortly afterwards.

Interesting that she approached a mutual friend rather than someone that was solely her friend. Clearly the mutual friend was upstanding and reported the solicitation to MR, law enforcement, or both!

This article also has a little more about the fire. It is interesting that, in the mid-July divorce filings, TR requests their Rancho Reposo home in light of the following.

The interior of the Rancho Reposo home was destroyed in a fire on July 2. When law enforcement responded to the scene, Tatyana was at the home and in possession of several firearms and as well as ammunition.

Tatyana was arrested for three firearms-related charges at that time, but was later released on bail.
