Young girls make daring escape from car of LA kidnapper who offered money, drugs before disgusting act

Two teenage girls made a daring escape after a man allegedly tried to trap them inside his car as he offered them money, drugs and alcohol before fondling himself.

The incident took place after a man drove up to the pair, aged 13 and 16, walking near North Hills Park in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles at Columbus Avenue and Acre Street around 5:20 p.m. last Sunday, ABC 7 reported.
