The Namus info doesn't mention where he's from or where he flew from. As stated above, LA is HUGE, and so many of their records are unavailable to the public, there's really no easy way to search for him to see if he had any interaction with LE (a traffic ticket in a rental car, an arrest, etc.) or hospitalization.
