According to BPD, William Harris is missing and was last seen on October 24 around 9:30 p.m. near his home at White Lane and Wible Road.

Harris is described as a white, 18-year-old, 5'10" and 150 pounds, according to BPD. He is also considered at-risk due to a medical condition.

Harris was last seen wearing a black "Jordan" jacket with red stripes, t-shirt with the word "SlipKnot" on it and blue jeans.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call BPD: 327-7111.
