The 'circumstances' section talks about "MJ" and I guess that means Missing Juvenile.

This is one of many old cases entered in Namus this week for children missing from South Gate.

For NCMC, I have not seen directly information how they work for new entries if it is not recent missing cases. But there is a contact form so maybe with a Namus link you could approach them with the question?
