The California Highway Patrol Saturday issued a Silver Alert to help locate a 66-year-old woman who went missing in Los Angeles.
Yolanda Carter was last seen about 8:10 p.m. Friday at East Florence and McKinley avenues.
She is described as Black, 5 feet, 11 inches tall, 190 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes.
Carter is believed on foot and wearing a black sweatshirt, black beanie cap, black-and-white checkered pants and blue shoes.
Anyone with information on Carter was asked to call 911.
The California Highway Patrol activates a Silver Alert when an elderly, developmentally or cognitively impaired person has gone missing and is determined to be at risk to aid in their swift recovery.
