Police searching for missing 13-year-old girl in Santa Ana

SANTA ANA – Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 13-year-old girl who didn’t catch her school bus on Friday afternoon, April 13.

Yvonne Paredes-Orozco was last seen around 2:15 p.m. running eastbound from McFadden Intermediate School towards Thorton Park, according to the Santa Ana Police Department.

Paredes-Orozco is bipolar and in need of her medication, according to police.

Paredes-Orozco is about 5-foot-2, 100 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. At the time she went missing, she was wearing a black Adidas jacket with white vertical stripes on the sleeves, a white Guns N’ Roses t-shirt, black short overalls and multi-colored tennis shoes.
