Police say an Ottawa womans family is greatly concerned for her safety after the woman disappeared without the daily medication she takes.
Angela Banks (Bourdeau), 37, was reported missing Thursday but police said Friday morning that its not known how long she had been gone.
Ottawa police asked other police services to circulate information about Banks.
She is described as Caucasian, 5-foot-2 and 130 pounds, with mid-length hair with red highlights and hazel eyes. She wears glasses.
She was driving a black 2013 Volkswagen Jetta with Ontario licence plates BSHV795.
Anyone with information is asked to call police in Ottawa at 613-236-1222. Those with information that could help investigators other than her current location is asked to call the missing persons unit at 613-236-1222, ext. 2355.
