Little info about this case is available online.

On September 1, 1990, the skeletal remains of an Indigenous man with long black hair were recovered from a lobster trap off the coast of Bay Roberts in Newfoundland and Labrador. He is estimated to have been between the ages of 27 and 45.


Unfortunately, that's all we got for now. I'm gonna go out on a limb and assume he probably didn't get all that much coverage as he was an Indigenous guy in 90s Canada. He must've been in the water for a long, long time to skeletonize. Also seeing as skeletons don't float, it's a minor miracle the lobster trap caught him, as I doubt his body would've been found otherwise.
