Circumstances of Disappearance:
Cadeau was last seen around 11:00 pm at his residence in Chelmsford, Ontario on November 12th, 2013. He has never been heard from again.

He was scheduled to work the night shift the following day and failed to show up for work. His family became concerned and notified the authorities as this was out of character for him. Despite extensive searches conducted with the assistance of the Search and Rescue team, canine unit, and the OPP helicopter, Cadeau was never located. It is believed that he left home on foot but his whereabouts remain unknown. Foul play has not been ruled out from his case due to the duration of time he has been missing.

Sudbury police say they have identified the skeletal remains(opens in a new tab) found last week in a wood area of Chelmsford and that no foul play was involved.
