Circumstances of Disappearance:
Kelly went missing from St. Catharines, Ontario on February 13, 2002. She was a schizophrenic and despondent at the time of her disappearance and was not taking her medications. Kelly had a fascination with several relatives' deaths involving water. She was picked up from Niagara Falls the previous week and said, "God told me to throw my body on the rocks to free my soul." She has never been heard from again and her whereabouts remain unknown.
