Police search for another man, missing from Manning Park, with link to deceased hiker Jordan Naterer - Vernon Morning Star

According to Princeton RCMP Sgt. Rob Hughes, there is evidence to suggest “(Greatix) may have been researching the Naterer missing.”

Staff at Manning Park reported Greatix’s vehicle, July 15, at the Manning Park Lodge.

“The vehicle had been reported to have been parked there for some time,” according to an RCMP release.

Police “are concerned” for the man’s safety.

Anyone with information is asked to call Princeton RCMP at 250-295-6911.

Sad news:

Police believe they found the remains of a second man, missing in Manning Park, on Saturday, July 23.

and

According to Princeton RCMP, the remains believed to belong to Greatrix were discovered by Princeton Ground Search and Rescue (GSAR) and RCMP, approximately 2 km from the Monument 78 trailhead, near Boyd Meadow. The man’s belongings were located nearby.

Searchers have recovered the body of a Penticton man who went missing in Manning Park. [snip] Greatrix’s body was found Friday in Manning Park by a volunteer search and rescue team, the same day Mounties issued a public call for information on his whereabouts. “Although a full determination has yet to be made, RCMP do not believe that criminality was involved in the man’s sudden death,”
