The Toronto Police Service is requesting assistance locating a missing man.

Devon Sims, 34, was last seen on Friday, December 22, 2017, at 2 p.m., in the Yonge Street and Queen Street West area.

He is described as approximately 5'10", 160 lbs., short blonde hair, green eyes.

That news article about his police case was from March of 2017, on probation from that incident when he went missing in December, apparently, so unrelated except as indicative of his general behavior and mental state, maybe.

He has a record in PEI too, and other charges & convictions in BC too, dating back years.

All that probably irrelevant to the fact that he’s still missing.

ETA: I surmise it’s possible he could be in jail somewhere across Canada & it just hasn’t trickled through to TPS yet.
