Circumstances of Disappearance:
Lee was last seen at his residence in Leeds, Ontario, Canada on Christmas Eve, December 24, 1999. He has never been seen or heard from since. His vehicle was located a few days later on December 26 at Grays Beach, Thousand Island's Parkway. His shoes and jacket were also recovered with the vehicle.
