Circumstances of Disappearance
Last seen in 1989. She was reported missing on April 9, 1998. She was drug addicted and worked in the sex trade.

She was never officially on the Willy Picton Case.

I have however submitted her name to the OPP, a unidentified women was found in ontario, with surgery that had been done many years ago on her nose, cheek and eye socket (Partially)

Unidentified is 5'4-5'6

Elaine weighed 149 (In 1989)
Unidentified weighed (130)

Elaine has plastic surgery to fix her cheek and nose
Unidentified had surgery to correct eye socket, Cheek and nose

Elaine would have been 50
Unidentified is 25-45

Elaine had Medium brown hair
The unidentified had medium brown hair.

I know it probably wont be a match because of the age but everything is so close especially the facial reconstruction and Dumbas picture.

I also forgot to add I was contacted back by the OPP who said

"Good morning.
I don't see that DUMBA has been compared as of yet; however, I will pass the information along to the investigating officer for follow-up.
Thank you for your email."

Totally agree. Her image matches nicely when transposed over the UID using using picture tools squared. I emailed OPP last week to ask if Dumba had been excluded from the Ontario case and the reply on Jan 4, 2013 was

"At this time, it doesn't appear that this case has been excluded as
being Dumba."

Could it be connected to the murders on the Highway of Tears? She was a beautiful young woman who, I imagine, due to life circumstances, ended up in the sex trade... perhaps a client murdered her and was never found, or perhaps he was tried for other crimes and is in prison, but not for murdering Elaine...
