This is super creepy!

'He was in our kids' beds': Nanaimo home broken into and lived in during family's vacation

Traumatized family cleaned home, spent night in hotel and returned only to find it broken into again

"They ended up pulling this guy out of our kid's closet," said Greenway. "It was bad enough the first day when we had come home and found like 10 years of our lives just ruined, but he was in our kids' beds. Like, who does that?"

We had a holiday home that a man was living in for weeks. He had cut out a small circle in a window which did not have much visibility because of a carport, near the lock of the window and opened it. He could only get in and out of the house via the window because of keyed deadlocks on the doors.
A neighbor saw a man climbing out the window, called the police and restrained him.
We think that he was only going out for supplies because his stuff was still in the house.
He did not steal anything or cause any damage though.

No, he slept on the sofa with blanket. He did raid the freezer, though.

DD and her hubby were renting an aptm in Vancouver. They went "home" to
ON for a two week vacation for Christmas, and while they were gone, their landlord 'sublet' their apartment. The guy slept in their beds, didn't even change the sheets, ate their food...

DD and s-i-l moved out immediately. They didn't spend one more night there. They got a financial settlement for their costs.
