Sorry I can't find the source but police said in a presser (possibly during the two young heroes thread who saved the blind man) that the woman was a suicide. Around the same time as the man who was pushed. All three cases were mentioned in the presser.

Can't find anything new, but she's not listed on here. Not sure if this is the best place to look though
