Description​

Francis Lim a été vu pour la dernière fois le 12 novembre 1982 à Montréal. M. Lim, alors âgé de 28 ans, est parti de chez lui ce matin-là pour prendre une marche. Il n'est jamais revenu. Il avait avec lui une carte de transport en commun, mais aucune pièce d'identité.

Francis Lim was last seen on November 12, 1982 in Montreal. Mr. Lim, then 28 years old, left his home that morning to take a walk. He never came back. He had a transit card with him, but no ID.

Here's a blurb from the November 22, 1982 edition of La Presse about Francis' disappearance and an additional photo of him that was published in the April 11, 1983 edition of the same paper:

A key detail that was omitted in the SPVM's description is the belief that Lim was very depressed around the time of his disappearance. It is also mentioned that he speaks English and Chinese. Frustratingly, the 1983 article uses a racist slur in the description of Francis. It makes me question whether the SPVM even took his disappearance seriously...
