Circumstances of Disappearance:
Carignan was last seen in Trois-Rivières, Québec on April 28, 1973 . He was planning to travel to Vancouver, British Columbia with a friend, Lucie Gélinas. He has never been heard from again.

Carignan's family reported him missing on May 28, 1980. Despite investigations conducted in Edmonton, Alberta, and Vancouver, British Columbia, Carignan and Gélinas were never located and their whereabouts remain unknown.

I really really hope they've ruled out this UID, because I'm shocked at the facial resemblance. Submitting this ASAP!

Found: University grounds, Vancouver (where Guy was planning to travel)
DBF: July 22, 1973
Estimated PMI: One month (so one month after Guy went missing)
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 168lbs (heavier than Guy)
No mention about any birthmarks on the UID, but when considering the longer PMI, I'm not dissuaded (you get all blotchy and decomposed at that point anyway).

@Aurora90 oop, yes, i did get a reply last year! They ruled him out through DNA.
