[I]Janet Foster, originally from Ottawa Canada, was found stabbed more than 20 times in a back alley. Ms. Foster was about 26 at the time of her death. She was a known prostitute and rumours were flying around about her having a pimp boyfriend.
I would like to follow up this case to determine if any arrests or convictions were made.
