Circumstances of Disappearance:
Gott was last seen in Thunder Bay Ontario on January 9, 1966. Her daughter recalls receiving a letter from her sometime in the 1960's and it had a return address of Gheen, Minnesota. Gott has never been heard from since and her whereabouts remain unknown.

Jean Gott, age 39, missing since 9 January 1966
From Canada, but possibly went missing in Minnesota

Jean Gott was a 39-year-old Indigenous woman who was also known to use the surname Archie on occasion.

Jean was last seen on January 9th, 1966 in Thunder Bay Ontario where she was from. She was described as standing 5' 11" tall and weighing 146 lbs with long, black hair, brown eyes and black glasses. It was noted that Jean also had an inch-by-an-inch-and-a-half-long scar on her left knee and a two-inch by two-inch long scar on her right knee. Like many adults in Canada at the time, Jean had a vaccine scar on her left upper arm.
