Circumstances of Disappearance:
Foley was last heard from when she contacted her roommate in Port McNicoll, Ontario from a Midland bar where she was employed on the weekend of May 24th, 1989. She has never been heard from again.

She never returned to her residence to collect her belongings and has never been in contact with family since.
