Joel was 27 years old when he was last seen between 4:00 and 5:00am leaving a party in the Ba in Slave Lake, Alberta on December 29th, 2019. He is from Fort Vermilion and may have traveled to John D'or Prairie or High Level. Falling temperatures and wind made searching for Joel difficult and no signs of him were found. Joel hasn't touched his bank account since this day and he remains missing.

DOB: Unknown, circa 1992
Description: Joel was 5'9 and 205 pounds at the time of his disappearance. He has black hair, brown eyes, and a heavy build. He was last seen wearing a grey cotton t-shirt, a dark grey coat, grey baseball cap with an orange symbol on the front, and black cowboy boots.
